Making a Visualizers
Utilizing UE4s production rendering pipeline and vast mega scan library I created a visualizer for an album that is set to release to a private audience.
Working on a Music Videos
I recently worked on visuals for the music video Poppies by Veridia. I created a fully rigged model to replace parts of the live action actor, lit and rendered out scenes in unreal as well as hand rotoscoping some of the trickier shots.
When setting up the rig in Maya to reanimate the original shots I ran into an issue with Maya’s image sequencer so I whipped up a quick python script to rename the sequences in a format that Maya could import. After that I reanimated all the shots and made sure to have keyframes for the character as well as all the cameras and lights in the scene to be imported into U
nreal.
Once in unreal I set up my rendering pipeline to utilize the post process materials I made to export masks for the layers needed so that they could be added or removed when it came to mixing them with the real shots.
Making Merch Promos
Promotional video for Yap1co’s merch drop
I created a merch promo for fellow artist Yap1co completely in Unreal with Niagara Effects and Animated Materials with minimal video editing for color correction and timing.
Instagram Filters
A while back I took up making Instagram filters as a hobby and was commissioned by Del Monte to make an interactive game for their Facebook and Instagram pages. Here are a couple of examples of other filters I’ve created.
Snapchat Filters
Snapchat filters are commonly used for twitch streamers here’s an example of one I’ve created with blend shapes and physics to run as a wrapper with the streamers video.
Renders
When I have free time I like to work on digital figures for local businesses and other artists. All renders were made in Substance and Maya.
